It's Mothers' Day in The Para Dressage Podcast world as we speak to Canada's Lauren Barwick and Great Britain's Natasha Baker about the challenges of balancing global Para Dressage careers with motherhood.
Lauren is Mum to nearly six-year old Viola and one year old Braxen, while Natasha celebrated the birth of her first child, Joshua, just a few months ago. They discuss their parenting methods, the importance of a good team to support and, in a first for The Para Dressage Podcast, we use the words 'correct bra equipment'.
